Shipping

Online orders are fulfilled in-house by Utility. We ship Monday through Friday and will work our hardest to fulfill your order within 3 business days of purchase. Please note: the shipping timeframes you see at checkout are representative of transit time only. They do not reflect the additional time needed to pack orders.

SHIPPING PRICES are based on weight, price options will be visible once you add your address to the cart, and begin to finalize your order.

We pack and ship orders in the order they are received. Our shipping partners are UPS and USPS. We currently only ship within the USA. 

In-store pick-up is also available. Pick-up orders can be picked up during our store hours Wednesday – Sunday 11am – 7:30pm. If you need your order the same day, please send us an email at hello@shop-utility.com


Returns

If you change your mind on an item/s, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order, for store credit or exchange ONLY. Please note: ALL food/pantry items (including oil, spices, etc) are final sale.

Before sending back your item please email, hello@shop-utility.com to get your return approved. All items must be returned in original and unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of order placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders.

If you prefer a pre-paid label, please request one by emailing us at hello@shop-utility.com. The cost of postage will be deducted from the store credit total. Upon receipt of your package, we will email you to confirm your store credit or exchange. 

Online orders may also be returned in person at our brick-and-mortar store within 14 days of the date of delivered shipment. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your items for something new! 

If you receive any items that were damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials including the box/parcel, and forward photos to Utility. We will make sure you are taken care of ASAP, and your replacements ship within 3 business days.
